In complex cases, apldo may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, with prior notice to you.
The apldo Platform is strictly intended for persons who are 21 years of age or older. apldo does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the apldo account registration and withdrawal process.
If apldo becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, apldo will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the personal data collected, and return any deposits made, less any applicable processing fees.

In the course of providing the apldo Platform and related services, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines.
